Enter the names, dates or wording you'd like in the personalisation fields on the product page, exactly as you want them to appear. What you type is what we make, so please take a moment over spelling, capital letters and dates.

Email us at hello@manorsun.co.uk as soon as you can, quoting your order number. If your piece hasn't been made yet we'll do everything we can to correct it. Once a piece has been personalised it can't be changed, as it can't be sold to anyone else.

Tell us what you have in mind. Send the occasion, the wording and any sizes you're working to, and we'll let you know what's possible.

Get in touch as quickly as possible with your order number. Personalised pieces move into production quickly, and once yours has been made it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Every order is made, checked and dispatched within 3 working days. The delivery options available for your order are shown at checkout, and we'll email you when it's on its way.

Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and we'll send it directly to them.

Any gift wrapping and gift note options available for your order are shown at checkout.

Personalised pieces are made to your specification, so they are exempt from the usual right to cancel an online order under UK consumer law and can't be returned or exchanged simply because you've changed your mind. That doesn't affect your legal rights if a piece arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered.

Email hello@manorsun.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the piece and the packaging, and we'll put it right.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from damp and heat, which can mark a finish over time.
