Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data we hold when you shop with us or browse the site, why we hold it, and the rights you have over it. The short version: we collect what's needed to make and deliver your order, we only use analytics if you say yes, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.

What We Collect, and Why
Orders & Your Account
When you order, we process your name, email address, delivery address, the personalisation wording you give us, and your order history. Checkout and customer accounts run on Shopify, our e-commerce provider, which processes your payment — we never see your full card details. We share your name and address with the delivery company carrying your parcel, because that's how it reaches you. We process all of this because it's necessary to carry out our contract with you.
Analytics — Only If You Say Yes
We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand how the site is used — but only with your consent. Nothing analytics-related loads, and no analytics cookies are set, unless you choose "Accept" on the consent banner. If you do, PostHog records the pages you visit, what you click, your device and browser, your approximate location from your IP address, how fast pages load, and session replays of how the site is used — with everything you type masked, so replays never capture what goes into any field. You can say no, and the site works exactly the same. There's a full list of what's stored on your device on our Cookie Policy page, where you can also change your choice.
When You Email Us
If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to help you — including the names, dates and wording you send us for a piece.

Who We Share It With, and for How Long
We share your data only with the services that make the shop work: Shopify (checkout, payment and your account), the delivery company carrying your parcel, and — only if you've consented — PostHog in the EU for analytics. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers. There are no advertising or marketing cookies on this site.
We keep order records for 6 years, because tax law requires it. Analytics data is only collected while your consent stands, and your consent choice itself is stored on your own device, not with us.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Have anything inaccurate corrected
- Ask us to delete your data
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is what we rely on
